WELCOME TO THE MARLING FARMS COMMUNITY
Our Community, located on beautiful Kent Island, is a friendly, family-oriented community. We are located at the southern-most point in Chester Maryland, between Crab Alley and Prospect Bays. Our amenities include 4 beaches: one with a pavilion, two with docks, one with a playground and one with swing sets. We also have a baseball field and basketball half court.
During the day, you will find people walking, jogging, and bicycling throughout the community. We also have annual events such as our Community Picnic to celebrate the start of summer, our Ice Cream Social to celebrate the end of the school year, and our Wine, Beer, and Cheese Social to celebrate the start of autumn. We are truly a wonderful community!
